 Notice: By purchasing a puppy from Bulldogsbyliz Lehigh Farms,  the Buyer confirms that he or she  has read, accepted and will abide by the condition stated within this Policy.

1. A deposit of one third the Sale Price is required to reserve the puppy. The Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE..  Shipping cost and the cost of the crate are the responsibility of the buyer.  The total purchase price is due in US certified funds prior to delivery of the puppy. The Buyer is responsible for full payment and receive delivery (subject to Airline and Weather conditions) of the puppy by the time it is 4 months of age, unless other arrangements are made with the Seller.  The sellers name "Rosso's" will appear on the puppy's AKC Litter Registration paperwork as part of the puppies new name.

2. This puppy is sold first and foremost as a member of the buyer’s family and shall live in the buyer's home or other suitable quarters, owned by the buyer.

3. If for any reason during the life of the dog the buyer is unable to keep this dog, the buyer is to advise the seller and give the seller first right of the refusal on the purchase of the dog at a dollar amount not to exceed the original price.   At no time will the buyer give or sell this dog to any pet shop, breed dog farm, puppy broker, or any entity engaged in animal research.  For no reason will the puppy be placed in an animal shelter or humane society, or similar facility.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

The Seller and a licensed Veterinarian will hereby acknowledge that the dog is free from contagious disease and will be delivered to the buyer with inoculations and worming appropriate for it’s age. This guarantee does not include health conditions that may arise which are considered breed specific conditions to include but not limited to: Cherry Eye, Skin Allergies, and or Hot Spots, Elongated Soft Palate or Bacteria born infections including but not limited to: Coccidia, Kennel Cough etc.   It is the buyer’s responsibility, and at the buyer’s expense, this puppy will be taken to the buyer’s own veterinarian within 48 hours or two business days of the delivery of the dog for the express purpose of providing a health checkup. The buyer has the option of returning the dog to the seller for a refund within one week, if the Veterinarian certifies through diagnostic evaluation and evidences such that the dog is suffering from a debilitating illness. All documentation attesting to the Veterinarians findings concerning the debilitation illness must be confirmed by a second Veterinarian, and those reports are to be forwarded to the Seller from the Buyer within one week. Any and all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. With the appropriate Veterinarian’s documentation, and within the one week time period, a partial refund may be negotiated between the seller and the buyer, if the buyer chooses to keep the dog.

2. With the appropriate Veterinarian’s documentation, and within the one week time period, the buyer chooses to return the dog to the seller due to its debilitating illness. The following options are available to the Buyer.

A. Full refund of the purchase price upon delivery of the dog back to the seller.

B. The seller will replace the dog from the next available litter of equal value.

3. If the dog dies due to a "Genetic" condition within 1 year of the purchase date, and the "Genetic" condition is identified by 2 licensed Veterinarian of the buyers choice, and the report is verified by the sellers Veterinarian, the seller will replace the dog under the following conditions.

A. An autopsy must be performed on the dog by a licensed Veterinarian and confirmed by a second Veterinarian, the full reports must be sent to the seller so that the seller may consult with their own Veterinarian. The autopsy report must contain the following information, Owner information, Age, Sex and condition of the dog at time of death, type and scope of the "Genetic" condition that caused the dogs death.   If the sellers Veterinarian agrees with the finding of the buyers Veterinarian, arrangements will be made for Replacement or Refund.

ALL GUARANTEE’S ARE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DOG OR FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARIAN COSTS INCURRED BY THE BUYER

 

Stud Program Policy

Notice: By agreeing to participate with Bulldogsbyliz-Lehigh Farms Stud Program,  the Bitches owner  acknowledges  that he or she  has read, accepted and will abide by the condition stated within this Policy. 

$600.00 plus Shipping, Supplies and Vet Charges for AKC Champion Stud "Mack".

$400.00 plus Shipping, Supplies and Vet Charges for AKC Studs.  

Stud Services provided to approved AKC Reg. Bitches only.

The Stud Fee represents two (2) breeding attempts - No refund on Stud Fee

If the Female does not become pregnant on the first breeding attempt, a second breeding attempt is available and the Stud Fee will be waived, only Supplies, Shipping and Vet Costs will be charged if a second breeding attempt requires shipment of Semen. 

The Bitches owner is responsible for ensuring that the Female is in good health and of reasonable and proper age for breeding.

If the original Stud Male is not available for a second breeding, an alternative plan will be discussed.

One (1) live puppy delivered will constitute a Litter.

Artificial Insemination using Fresh Semen w/ Extender will be in accordance with AKC Regulation.

Full payment will be made to the Breeder before Insemination.
